Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for supporting a broad array of strategic, analytical projects and divisional planning; interfacing with various business teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes, developing an understanding of business needs. Responsibilities include running reports and providing insights and analytics on the reports. Assisting in creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs; Analyzing business problems and issues and to provide insight. Support forecasting needs in enterprise initiatives and providing ideas to improve existing forecast, goal setting and reporting capabilities and processes.


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Science / Operations Research with 2 years experience in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance OR 4 years experience

in Accounting, Business, Financial Management or Consulting.

  • Experience in data analysis and information reporting; presenting financial information in a consumable format.

  • Builds own knowledge of HCSC, business processes, and customers.

  • Solves problems and analyze possible solutions.

  • Experience supporting projects requiring problem-solving, prioritization and organizational skills.

  • Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels

  • Experience developing and presentations.

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Financial experience within a healthcare environment.

  • Experience with or similar CRM tools.

  • Experience with Anaplan.

  • Experience creating datasets and generating enterprise reports for various lines of business using MS Access.

  • Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools/languages.

Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) manages the booking & servicing of loan products for firm-wide wholesale businesses. A strategic priority is to ensure that we have best-in-class management metrics, analytics, and reporting programs in place to optimize operational performance, enabling continuous improvements in planning, efficiency, service, and control for various operations functions within CB. The Quality Assurance Reporting Analyst will lead a strategic agenda focused on optimizing performance and results for the WLS Risk & Control (R&C) Team through advanced analytics and BI reporting capabilities. This is a critical and highly visible role within the organization, with a high level of visibility to senior managers. Primary Responsibilities * Develop strategic data analysis in support of quality improvement initiatives * Ability to improve business processes using data analysis, preferably in a quality, risk & control environment * Responsible for the reporting and analytical needs of the R&C team, supporting both ongoing projects and ad-hoc requests * Maintain a dynamic and comprehensive resource capacity model that ensures compliance with established service level agreements and partner expectations * Recommend and implement resource and/or process changes to improve service performance * Partner closely with R&C managers, application owners and production process owners to develop effective workflow processes for new volume migrations * Support other cross-line of business and cross-function strategic data initiatives within WLS related to the R&C processes Qualifications * 2-4 years of total experience within MIS, Analytics, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles with a focus on Financial Services * Advanced-level ability with the entire MS Office suite, VBA a plus * Experience developing business analysis models for large scale, global operations teams * Ability to deliver timely, high quality reporting, and analysis from diverse data sources * Strong prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities * Excellent productivity, communication and flexibility in a fast-paced changing environment; ability to engage and influence both technology and business partners * Attention to detail, with experience creating executive quality presentations * Exposure to data architecture and data modeling concepts * Competent in the use of data technology to solve business problems, with hands-on expertise in use of multiple Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms; examples include Qlik Sense, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Analysis Services (SSAS), Business Objects, Crystal, SAS, Python, R, SQL/Oracle/Teradata/Hadoop, etc. * BA / BS; advanced study / quantitative focus a plus Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
