Our business reporter must be highly motivated, with a proven ability to report compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

Desired skills: Strong people skills,daily journalism experience, knowledge of how to access public records and digital production skills including photo, video and social media.

Successful candidates must be able to embrace the digital (online) focus of our modern media company.

Also required is experience with collaborating in a cross-functional environment, a four-year college degree in journalism and the ability to meet deadlines. Some evening and weekend work will be required.

This position is a linchpin of cross team communication between business development, sales, development team, and the customer. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for interacting with clients to collect and analyze their business requirements and transferring this knowledge to the development teams. Responsibilities * Support software development * Requirements gathering and analysis - both internally and externally (from clients) * Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents (BRD), user interface mock ups, process diagrams * Manage client expectations and keep them informed and updated on the status and progress of requested changes * Prepare training guides and functional specification documents * Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios * Train the clients on using the software and optimizing their business processes * Support product * Provide suggestions to the product development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs * Create product requirements documents for development team * Coordinate roadmap; manage and execute timelines * Communicate with all stakeholders appropriately * Support marketing * Research and develop whitepapers * Develop input for product sheets * Attend and exhibit at conferences * Support sales * Respond to product questions for RFPs and during sales process * Provide industry insights * Potentially demo product and support sales efforts * Support licensing models and documents creation Skills and Qualifications * <li>Minimum of 2 years demonstrated development, product management and/or product owner work experience in an agile software environment * Experience defining, executing, and delivering on SAAs software and web technology; deliveringboth backend and frontend solutions * Understanding insurance as a business * Ability to manage multiple projects and clearly define different delivery options and theirrespective tradeoffs. * Strategic yet action-oriented thinking.
