Opendoor is looking for an Business Recruiter to help support our Phoenix office and our emerging local markets across the country. The Dallas office primarily consists of customer experience and core operations. If you have a track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates then we want you! Our Recruiting team reflects the Opendoor company culture. We are looking for folks who put their work first, but can step back and have fun when the time comes.
Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers in Phoenix to understand fulfill hiring needs and team goals
Support home mortgages and core operations hiring team
Partner with local schools to help solidify partnerships between new graduates and Opendoor
Conduct and manage job fair activity to help drive hiring and brand awareness for Opendoor
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Partner with the broader recruiting team to help build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Recruit active and passive candidates from a variety of sources: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research
A BS/BA degree
At least 3 years of high-volume recruiting
A passion for building effective, cohesive teams
The proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
A positive, team-oriented approach to your work
A track record of remote collaboration and reporting and
Experience working independently with no direct supervision
Experience recruiting for a variety of business roles (e.g. Sales, Support, Operations, etc.)
Experience building recruiting processes
Lever ATS experience
