NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Readiness Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
The Business Readiness leads teams responsible for the implementation of change management strategies related to merger and acquisition activities.
Lead one or more workstreams responsible for different components of OCM activities (strategic change, organizational alignment, communications, and training).
Oversee work performed by members of the OCM team (Change Specialist, Communications Specialist, Training Lead, Training Developers, etc.).
Ensure OCM activities are aligned with the overall project timeline and key milestones, and are integrated with other workstreams as required.
Develop and deploy OCM activities as required by the project, such as but not limited to, delivery and management of communication, plan and organize meetings, drafting communication materials such as fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, and presentations, creating and delivering training materials, perform demonstrations, arrange logistics and other events to engage and inform stakeholder.
Collect and analyze feedback, diagnose any gaps and remaining resistance, and identify process improvements.
Manage overall OCM work plan, conduct weekly status reporting, and identify issues and manage risks.
Manage the development of frameworks that support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment.
Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership.
Build solid relationships with clients, key-stakeholders, and other M&A team members.
Bachelor's Degree in business, HR, management, or other related fields of study
Minimum of four (4) years' experience leading project teams through organizational change using a methodology driven approach and producing deliverables
A minimum of three (3) years of experience leading Human Capital Mergers and Acquisitions, restructuring and/or enterprise cost reduction teams, including due diligence, assessment of transaction risks, target screening, integration planning and execution, and/or post-merger integration
Financial Services Industry experience is preferred but not required
Consulting experience is preferred but not required
