Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Proposal Specialist on a contract basis to handle all RFPs for enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling and accurate proposals that showcase CodaMetrix's capabilities and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end RFP and security questionnaire process, from receipt to submission, for enterprise level solutions

• Analyze RFPs to identify key requirements and develop win strategies

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and content

• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements

• Develop and maintain a library of case studies that demonstrate CodaMetrix's success in solving client challenges

• Work with the marketing team to identify and develop new case study opportunities

• Manage proposal timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time submission

• Maintain and update a library of reusable proposal content

• Continuously improve the RFP response process to increase efficiency and win rates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, business development, or a related field

• Strong understanding of the RFP process and best practices

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal management tools

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

• Experience in the SaaS industry highly preferred
