About the role

As a Project Manager in Baltic Commercial Business, you will have overall responsibility for executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish and improving the sales processes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Digital, Data, CX and Development units to skilfully balance their needs to deliver best sales process experiences to our customers.

What are you going to do?

• Focus on business value and digital, data driven outcomes.

• Manage projects - define scope, objectives, and deliveries.

• Improve sales process, lead, or take part in the improvement exercises.

• Collaborate with the project sponsors and other stakeholders.

• Coordinate activities and resources for the flawless execution of the projects.

• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Measure project performance using proper systems, tools, and techniques.

• Perform risk management to minimize risks.

• Create and keep project documentation.

• Act as a business analyst, when needed for the project.

What do we expect from you?

Must have

• Excellent facilitation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in co-located and distributed teams.

• Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Aptitude for working in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.

• Mastery of working in dynamic and complex environment, handling several projects at a time.

• High analytical capabilities.

• Degree in Business, Technology, Economics or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of project management experience in international environment.

• Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar.

• Experience of applying Lean, Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping and/or Systems Thinking to solve business problems.

• Experience in implementing Business Process Management capability within organizations.

• Experience in leading and implementing B2B digital sales projects.

• Agile Product Owner experience.

• Comfort with and experience in leading through ambiguity and improving organizational processes and ways of working.

• Monthly salary: From €3000 to €4600* gross depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus. (*Please note that the specific amount may vary due to different employment taxation in Baltic countries.)
