Business Program Manager (1804249) Iselin, NJ Where the Chemistry Happens We focus on driving business profit optimization and profitable revenue growth to improve our EBIT bottom line.

Our operations are global with focus mostly in North America, Europe, and China. Our key strategic market is in the refining of Autocat and Chemcat segments. We are seeking a professional like you who will be responsible for the Program Management Office (PMO) in driving a business transformation in BASFs Refining Catalyst Business.

The role will support the regular cadence of ideation, tracking, and governance, and partner with internal and external management consultant teams, as well as Controlling to drive a successful transformation. In this role, you will be highly focused, driving the analysis in our tools and templates required to gather insights for CCM/R leadership to govern an effective program and the overall business. Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Formula for Success Leveraging your prior experience in management consulting or investment banking, you will support cross-functional program transparency for our transformation program in BASF Precious Metals Catalysts Business.

As a leader, you will assume ownership for program management tools, drive and own them, including maintenance and continuous improvement. Utilizing your robust analytical skills, you will partner with program leadership to synthesize data and cull insights on a weekly basis to effectively steer the program. Successfully collaborating inside the organization, you will engage with workstream leads and measure owners to understand discrepancies between submitted data and analytical outputs.
