The Business Process Specialist is responsible for all areas of Royalty contract administration and processing, under the direction of Global Process Owner:
Uses an understanding of customer, partner, and internal group drivers and decision-making processes to identify priorities and recommend ways to improve satisfaction, performance, and the experience.
Oversee the execution of contract and statement processing by partnering with P2P/Royalties operations team
Uses independent judgment and discretion to demonstrate the use of technologies, processes, tools, and methodologies to provide solutions for issues/needs.
Uses metrics to gather feedback, recognizes the impact of solutions, and supports action to mitigate risk.
Actively seeks and creates ways to increase synergy across multiple customers, partners, and internal groups.
Oversee the execution of contract and statement processing by partnering with other teams
Review/approve financial statements against their data sources to ensure accuracy and timeliness
