You Have:

• 3+ years of experience implementing process improvement initiatives leveraging Lean or Six Sigma concepts and methods, including DMAIC

• 3+ years of experience facilitating process improvement workshops using Agile methodologies

• 3+ years of experience participating in or leading scrum activities, including daily stand-up, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review, or retrospective

• 1+ years of experience with process mapping in MS Visio

• 1+ years of experience conducting statistical analyses

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading or supporting development of whitepapers, white decks, proposal technical approaches, or intellectual capital

• Experience leading projects and managing team members

• Ability to assess whether a candidate process would be better leveraged using COTS automation software

• Secret clearance

• Master's degree

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
