What You Will Do:

Deliver organizational transformation projects to federal clients that require the application of process improvement techniques including but not limited to DRIVE, root cause analysis, process analysis and documentation, Lean, Six Sigma, and CEM. Manage expectations of diverse stakeholders. Provide regular briefings to executives. Manage projects using PMBOK leading practices to ensure cost, schedule, and quality goals are met. Direct and guide teams up to 5 members as well as work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team. Support full lifecycle consulting, including business development efforts.

Desired Skills:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience

  • At least 5 years of experience delivering process improvement projects, preferably with 2 years in a project lead role

  • At least 2 years of experience interfacing with and presenting to C-level executives

  • Must have at least one (1) of following certifications: Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma OR Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma OR Certified Scrum Master

  • Must demonstrate strong business acumen - management consulting or professional services experience preferred

  • Excellent abilities using Microsoft Office Suite and Visio required; experience using Microsoft Project preferred

  • Experience with business analysis/requirements definition preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance per contract requirement
