Your Focus:

The Workforce Solutions Lead To Cash Business Process Management Owner oversees documentation of all processes in the Lead to Cash value stream for the Workforce Solutions business unit. This position is responsible for collaborating across the business to champion Equifax standards and templates and govern the process mapping framework for the business unit. You must be able to provide subject matter expertise on the BPM system and deliver mentoring and training. Further, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to improve and transform this value stream to deliver revenue growth, margin optimization, and a customer centric experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Map, write, publish, and maintain Lead to Cash processes in both BlueWorks (BPM) and company repositories; utilizing EFX documentation standards and templates

  • Identify and address process breakdowns and system defects. Produce recommendations and associated business cases for end-to-end optimization of process/technology and coordinate resolution activities.

  • Facilitate the deployment of process improvement tools and continuous improvement culture across the company.

  • Define governance framework and perform routine internal audits of processes.

  • Lead and/or participate in large scale process/project activity as the SME, including LEAN and Customer Journey Mapping, to ensure alignment with existing or new processes.

  • Recommend and implement automation and process efficiencies; updating processes where applicable. Incorporate process design, process risk assessment, piloting, and data analysis and reporting.

What Makes You a Phenomenal Fit:

  • A BA or BS in Engineering, Quality, Business Administration or related field

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a process focused role with 3+ years using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

  • Experience creating and managing process or documentation governance systems

  • Ability to think critically and map complex processes in detail utilizing BPM software

  • Ability to monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes and proven problem solving experience

  • Self-starter who works independently and demonstrates an owner's attitude towards our Lead to Cash processes

  • Impeccable communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) to effectively address business and technical colleagues at all levels

  • Strong business acumen with ability to prepare business case financials and conduct cost/benefit analysis

  • Balance of strategic thinking and getting things done, demonstrating excellent analytical skills and aptitude to learn quickly

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills in a matrix organization

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to travel occasionally, < />

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with BlueWorks Live strongly preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with experience training and mentoring Green Belt candidates
