The Business Process Improvement Manager will act as a leader within our Low Voltage Drives Business (LV Drives) to:

Drive the business process improvement function strategically and globally, while taking into account the global impact of local activities and decisions.

Identify opportunities, scope projects, track benefits, and allocate resources to achieve productivity, quality and service improvement targets aligned with business priorities, financial improvements, and customer experience.

Demonstrate awareness, knowledge and guidance of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies and tools throughout the organization.

Assure appropriate strategic deployment metrics and key process indicators are in place and being utilized by the LSS Team.

Select, train, assign, direct and manage the activities of a team of Black Belts. Ensure they are employing prescribed Lean Six Sigma methodologies and techniques, and have clear project charters and objectives.

Partner with business leaders in identifying potential business for quality, service, and productivity improvements throughout the organization.

Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to establish an understanding of the challenges and barriers they face in utilizing Lean Six Sigma, while maintaining the importance of Rockwell Automation's engagement in Lean Enterprise.

Lead standardization of business processes and replication of process improvements globally.

This includes responsibility for business strategy, product portfolio strategy, product development strategy, driving global sales growth, cross functional collaboration across all support functions, and the bottom line profit of the business. This role will lead and support Global Sales & Marketing's organization in the development and implementation of key programs in support of product line objectives (e.g. global promotion programs, pre-sales & post-sales collateral, target account programs, trade shows, etc.) They are also responsible for product line global P&L. Information Processing Capability * Develops a 3-5 year strategic plans and direction for each business, driving long-term growth and performance under the same umbrella of Low Voltage Drives * Leads global market development, business process execution, people development and financial performance * Determines key product development and innovation plans. Optimizes the product's market position and profitability in line with Rockwell Automation's growth and performance strategy * Manages product life cycle; leverages technology to drive innovation, the development of new products, launch, and elegant migration of end of life products * Responsible for P&L; which mandates overall accountability for manufacturing, quality, sales, product costs, margins, expenses and overall assets employed by the MVD business * Executes strategy, leveraging multiple internal, external, direct and indirect relationships Temperament * Highly resilient; pursues tasks with drive and a sense of urgency.
