The Business Process Improvement Manager will have an important role in the launch of initiatives for CVS Health. You will be responsible for building and leading effective operations functions supporting several business initiatives that focus on customer and patient experience.
You will need a start-up, creative approach with a resilience to change. Your ability to influence, educate and coach directly and indirectly are imperative, as you help shape the experience visualized by the product and ensure their processes are built to support. In this role, you will work with internal customers and stakeholders with a continuous improvement mindset as well as the ability to successfully bridge gaps and collaborate across teams. You will partner with Product Teams to build internal processes that expand beyond Kidney Care with our business partners to bring products to life and create a seamless experience for payors, nephrologists, patients and care givers - owning the documentation, approval and maintenance across Kidney Care.
5 years of experience in the following:
Change management and provision of guidance along with oversight by coaching others to impact results.
Lean/Six Sigma experience or other continuous improvement process improvement methodology
Development of business measurements, forecasting, financial modeling, or operational management.
Customer relationship management and managing customer escalations.
MS Office programs including Visio
