In this role, you have the opportunity to:

This position is located at our Nashville, Tennessee office and will be responsible for process and transaction support for the E-Commerce channel. You will lead a team of Business Process Experts focused on improving our customers experience in our E-Commerce platforms. This role will partner with Marketing to drive our E-Commerce Strategy. This includes integrating platform, expanding to new business and business models. While helping Philips becomes digitally customer centric. To perform this job successfully an individual must be highly organized; detail focused and become a subject matter in our E- Commerce and platforms.

You are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Meet with key business stakeholders to prepare business case, scope, assumptions, and deliverables for projects

  • Lead process alignment with stakeholders such as Customer Fulfillment Center, Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity

  • Analyzes inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend specific changes to effect improved efficiencies

  • Serves as liaison between stakeholders and business partners ensuring that process changes are understood and implemented

  • Create workflow diagrams, processes and procedure models

  • Reviews and oversee documentation, training material and training of staff on new polices, process and procedures

  • Facilitates the decision-making process as appropriate

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Ensure existing and newly developed tools are adequately documented and users are appropriately trained

  • Work with back-office IT team to resolve system issues

  • Responsible for leading, developing, and engaging a team of SME's, building a culture based on the Philips Behaviors. This will include the creation of performance KPIs, and the monitoring of those KPI's and partnering with appropriate CoEs on recruitment, and selection as appropriate.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, finance, or customer service environment

  • 5+ years of experience in managing direct reports

  • Experience with SAP, Hyrbris, EDI

  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems or equivalent experience

  • Diverse knowledge of functional areas such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization build consensus and to work through others in achieving goals and objectives

  • Advanced with PC skills (Excel, Visual Basic, MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)

  • Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions

  • Good organizational, time management and project management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles and responsibilities

  • Ability to formulate reports and present accumulated information

This role will continuously explores opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business; develop risk knowledge/expertise as necessary to engage/advise in project and business decisions. The role of the Business Process Management and Automation Specialist is part of the Data Operations Team in Global Business Services for North America (GBS NAM). The Data Operations Team is responsible for improving data management utilization and accuracy across the value stream, enabling data-driven decision-making, leveraging scaled data capabilities and driving productivity through end-to-end analyses for the GBS NAM functions: Financial Services, Supply Chain Management, HR/PPS, CFC - Commercial & Service, Campaign Management, Sleep & Respiratory, Service Operations, Proposal Management, Procurement, Transition Team, and Quality & Regulatory. You are responsible for the following (but limited to) * Develop relationships with cross-functional teams with the goal of creating customer-centric solutions that drive measurable results * Utilize Lean, and project management to solve business problems and drive continuous improvements. * Diagnose business processes, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, and guide the improvement effort. * Focus on efficiency improvements related to speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs, identifying and implementing best practices across the business, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation. * Lead the RPA and workflow automation (document, design, test, deploy) using recommended best practices * Engage in discovery and identification of automation processes; proactively seek and suggest improvements, and outline any risks and recommend optimal solutions * Integrate automation workflows into existing business processes and business applications * Consider the use of other automation platforms and technologies which can be implemented as part of Philips' digital transformation * Define, promote and utilize best practices for process automation capabilities.
