This role is for you if you possess a blend of analytical skills, business applications experience, business process knowledge, attention to detail, critical thinking, and a passion for innovative thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities.

  • Be the lead for deliverables for key Business Application initiatives and business process improvements to help Customer Support team.

  • Partner and collaborate with the Customer Support and Engineering teams, help them identify opportunities based on deeper analysis and insights, define requirements, identify gaps and deliver technical solutions as well as business process improvements.

  • Collaborate with your fellow Business Application team members to prioritize and create transparency for critical initiatives required to scale the company.

  • Work hands-on to validate, build, test, train and support our users as you help simplify business processes across various vendor managed platforms

Requirements.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and growing business systems with at least one major CRM or Enterprise Support platform

  • Experience in end-to-end business processes around Customer Support function

  • Experience with implementing and configuring Zendesk platform is a must

  • Progressively larger degrees of responsibility, specifically focused on business analysis and process improvements

  • Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who are technical or not

  • Excellent organization and execution skills with a demonstrable history of establishing and meeting impactful goals and objectives

  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and consistently deliver on activities

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience is preferred

  • Experience with SQL, reporting/BI tools

  • Knowledge of programming languages (python, java) or basic scripting preferred

  • Knowledge of data integrations and integration platforms prefe

VIEW JOBS 11/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-12T00:00 In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and facilitate sound business practices and financial analytics programs to support and enable the Facilities Operations (FacOps) teams to manage their projects and operational budget needs and aid in the improved predictability of long-range budget planning. You will be responsible for organizing budget inputs, providing summary reporting and surfacing insights with key stakeholders, tracking procurement actions, and improving various process efficiency. You will be expected to use data to provide trend analysis and make meaningful recommendations to drive action towards more predictable financial performance based on known business changes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in predictive analysis of large data sets and a good understanding of business processes. This position is part of the Facility Operations and Data Center Infrastructure team and located in our Menlo Park office. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide budgetary, finance, and business operations support to Data Center Facility Operations teams who manage the various infrastructure improvement projects and day-to-day operating needs. Lead development of the long range (5+ year) budget forecast based on long range plans. Actively facilitate this budget preparation process across multiple stakeholders in variable time zones. Lead quarterly budget refreshes based on changes in short term plan assumptions with key stakeholders. Lead the end of quarter/year closeout processes – accruals, financial data consolidation and reporting for fixed and variable purchase orders, services, and site operations. Work with cross-functional partners to provide financial reporting, project budgeting, and future planning. Provide for presentation of data in a usable manner to support business decisions. Produce dashboards, tracking mechanisms, analyze data to allow assessment of financial health and to support key business decisions. As needed, work with accounting and payment processing teams to track the status of vendor payments. Act to prevent invoice holds and, where required, root cause and resolve payment issues. Review purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial plan. Facilitate quarterly project planning review sessions to assess quality of inputs and synchronize team's project priorities and budget needs. Serve as primary liaison with Sourcing and AP for the cradle to grave management of purchase orders and requisitions. Work with vendor on boarding, accounts payable, financial planning and analysis and supply chain teams to manage the end-to-end process of vendor payments per net terms. Create presentations for program managers that effectively communicate their budget vs spend results, variations and recommended changes to reconcile the differences. Through collaboration with partner organizations, assess and improve business processes to include contracting process and business reviews. Ability to travel – estimated 35%. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar discipline. 5+ years of experience performing financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and financial risk assessment. Experience in database administration, data entry, or data analysis. Experience with Excel, Tableau and SQL. Experience presenting to leaders and executives. Experience communicating on the financial status across multiple stakeholders. Experience with data center Opex and Capex management.
