Business Process Consultant (Change Management)

Kavaliro's client is seeking a skilled professional to lead our Business Process Improvement efforts with a focus on Change Management in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves planning and executing strategies to ensure smooth adoption of enterprise technology changes, engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, and providing training and support throughout the change process.

Key Responsibilities Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement plans to facilitate technology changes with minimal resistance. Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to address their needs and ensure alignment. Communication: Create and deliver clear, concise communication plans tailored to various audiences. Training and Support:

Assess training needs, conduct sessions, and provide ongoing support to reinforce changes. Risk and Evaluation: Identify potential risks, monitor progress, and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate success.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in change management.

Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Certifications: Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). Preferred: Master’s degree and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
