Business Process Analyst

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Customer Service and Support team. We are seeking an individual who is able to work cross functionally with teams in solving significant business challenges. Managing overall project deadlines and project scope creep is a key aspect of this role.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Business Process Analyst, you will:

• Contribute/define/implement project plan.

• Manage key stage of project lifecycle.

• Agree and deliver to key milestones.

• Identify and manage project issues and dependencies.

• Contribute to and develop project budget.

• Deliver benefits as per area owned, within plan.

• Identify project support and support progression towards confirmed projects.

• Identify, develop and implement improvements to support the group and client engagements.

• Contribute/secure new assignments for staff.

• Achieve target utilization of at least 80%

About You

You're a fit for the role of Business Process Analyst, if your background includes:

• 2-3 years of experience in a related role

• Strong product knowledge

• Proficiency with Power Automate (automation) and other AI tools

• Experience or general knowledge in tax/accounting

• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus

• Project Management experience is preferred

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $74,200 - $137,800. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
