Job Description:

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for a wide range of duties necessary to maximize the efficiency of the Distribution Department. Duties consist of:

  • 3rd party & TA new customer due diligence and planning/management of fulfillment/warehouse integration

  • Transition new customers to a dedicated account representative

  • 3rd party & TA monthly fulfillment reporting & invoicing

  • Responsibility to set-up & maintain customers in Distributorship model (Amazon, B&T, B&N, etc)

  • Identify, log, spec, test, implement system upgrades in SAP & bolt-on applications

  • Identify & lead the break-through continuous improvement initiatives as the project manager/owner

  • Development and documentation of standard work processes and procedures for fulfillment/warehousing

  • Quality reporting, auditing and process improvement

Qualifications/Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Statistical analysis) OR vocational degree plus 2 years of experience OR 3 years of experience post high school.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills. Advanced experience with MS Office products

  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong decision making skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a diverse environment

  • SAP or other integrated business system (MRPII) experience

  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment

To do that, we need an experienced Business Analyst that will be responsible for interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders, managing project timelines and deliverables, gathering and documenting business requirements, and ensuring they convey the voice of the customer in everything we build into our software. This role will be part of the product management organization and will work closely with the Product Managers to act as a liaison with the Development team. The BA must be a dynamic multi tasker that can work in a fast-paced, cross-functional agile environment. ESSENTIONAL FUNCTIONS * Gather and document business requirements * Write user stories and lead grooming sessions with your team * Interface with external customers to understand their web-based application needs * Partner with Product Managers to manage the backlog and prioritize product defects and new features * Act as the liaison between the technical team, the external customer and product management * Partner with Quality Assurance by writing acceptance criteria and working with the team to execute * Train internal teams on new product enablement * Lead the development, communication, and monitoring of project timelines * Participate in presentations to customers * Present progress reports on the delivery schedule of project dependencies to the Product & IT leadership * Participate in all Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, daily standup, story grooming, backlog grooming, sprint demo and ensure team adherence to the product roadmap REQUIREMENTS * Passion.
