Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is searching for a Business Process Analyst to serve in Boone, NC or Charlotte, NC. A day in the life of a Business Process Analyst:

At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.

In the role of Business Process Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Manage the development, implementation, and advancement of data analysis software (Tableau) for the purpose of monitoring, reporting, and measuring the effectiveness of key ministry initiatives
• Communicate with OCC management to develop and manage static and dynamic data dashboards
• Maintain advanced knowledge of existing data sources
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data process, workflows, and standards
• Assist in conducting a variety of application testing
• Train staff on the utilization and interpretation of the Tableau dashboard reports
• Provide technical support for OCC department, events and processing season
• Serve at least one week in an OCC processing center during OCC processing season
• All other duties as assigned
