The BPM Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining BPM solutions in a loan origination and servicing environment as part of a development team. The incumbant will be an active participant in specification gathering and requires strong analytical skills as well as user requirements / development documentation experience. Incumbant will be involved in multiple projects that will run concurrently -- the ability to multi-task along with strong organization skills are a must. In addition to to new development, the incumbant will be responsible for ongoing maintenance support for several small-to-medium legacy applications. This role will also help develop and maintain business reports that support our day to day operations
1.Gather specifications

a. Interview business owners and subject matter experts to obtain information

b. Document specifications in concise and timely manner

c. Interpret and present possible solutions/constraints verbally and in writing to management
2.Developing

a. Adhere to structured programming policies and procedures

b. Build optimized process flows

c. Automate and streamline business reports/dashboards

d. Provide periodic updates to key business metrics
3.Maintenance

a. Maintain required performance and availability standards for newly developed applications in addition to legacy BPM applications

b. Participate in design changes/enhancement planning and implementation for existing BPM applications

c. Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems

  • 3-5 years of business process experience is required, including Visio experience.

  • Ability to adjust to fluctuating work load with the pressure of aggressive deadlines.

  • Ability to present proposed solutions and documentation via Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and Powerpoint

  • Proven ability to be self-sufficient and self-motivated

  • Knowledge and skills sufficient to develop and deploy successful BPM solutions

  • This position will support a federal government contract. Applicants must be able to obtain Public Trust security clearance as required of federal government contractors to include a background check conducted by the U.S.

    Government to determine eligibility and suitability for federal contract employment for public trust or sensitive positions. For this level of clearance, applicants must possess U.S.citizenship.
