We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to lead the delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations across our product line. Working within the sales organization, you will set the strategy, priority, and timeline for taking current sales processes and moving them into Salesforce. You will work directly with end users for needs, Salesforce administrators for implementation, and again with end users for training, onboarding, and ongoing support.

Successful candidates will have a proven background documenting business processes, be detail driven, have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to show superb communication skills. Experience using and managing Customer Relationship Management platforms a must.

In this role, you will work across Enterprise Technology (ET) and our Sales and Marketing group to understand requirements, articulate objectives and key results, and implement new features successfully to support the development of Blue Origin products and assets. This position requires resilience to ambiguity and the ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.

What you'll do

Within our Salesforce ecosystem, you will:

  • Observe, document and validate business processes

  • Collaborate with users to detail and communicate business and system requirements

  • Recommend controls by identifying problems and documenting improvements with business justifications

  • Map systems and solutions to business capabilities and identify OKRs to measure the improvements or otherwise of a particular solution to that capability

  • Define and prepare reports for understanding internal team processes in the realm of managing the success or failure of projects and initiatives

  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of system and process changes related to platforms in terms of value being delivered and total cost of ownership

  • Support software and platform releases, User Acceptance Testing and Customer care


  • Experience with Salesforce as Salesforce Admin, Product Manager, Architect, or Analyst

  • Demonstrated ability as a Business Process Analyst, Product Management, or Program Management

  • Proven track record of defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

  • Experience turning business process into technical systems, including requirements gathering, implementation, user training, and ongoing support

  • Shown skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel and/or temporary duty in support of growing tempos of operations.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with continuous improvement methods

  • Experience with Marketing technologies

  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau or similar reporting/analysis tools

  • Proficiency in Jira as a work management tool
