This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:

About the team

FIS Loyalty delivers and supports engagement solutions to a broad customer base. Our flagship products support financial card loyalty programs and our Points as Currency Premium Payback product is leading the way to bring merchants and banks together and expand card reward benefits real-time where consumers shop and interact. As a Loyalty Business Process Analyst, you'll work with our team of Product Managers developing the processes, artifacts and integration points to support our consumer redemption marketplace as well as our API services for our BaaS and CaaS products. You'll be on the cutting edge of using Non-Fungible Tokens to enable exclusive redemption experiences connecting with state-of-the-art providers. You will help create the framework from which our next gen products will be developed. Working together with our technology and platform owners, this position sits at the crossroads of every interaction including customer apps. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker. We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do and our team is laser focused on delivering results.

What you will be doing

• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes and drives efficiencies within those processes

• Helps define improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities

• Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation

• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

• Measures performance against process requirements

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Bonus if you have

• Proficiency with Visio

• Understanding of consumer rewards programs, specifically bank card rewards
