In the MSUS Business Sales Operations (BSO) Programs & Operations (BPO) team, we are looking to hire a Planning Program Manager business leader with experience and a passion to work across the US Commercial business leaders in marketing, finance, sales and operations to collectively develop and land the Commercial Execution Plan (CEP) in partnership with the MSUS CMO team to achieve the US Commercial business goals with our customers and partners and MSUS as the Commercial Vanguard for the company.
7+ years of project/program management experience and/or business planning experience
Experience leading complex and phased projects across multiple workstreams with constrained timelines
Experience leading business, strategy or financial planning
Proven experience collaborating with and influencing leaders to maintain consistency and scale processes across teams
Bachelor's Degree required
Solution mindset - good judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, patience, and professionalism in all transactions
Drive clarity, generate energy and deliver results & planned outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups, responsive with strong customer service orientation.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas, timelines, and mediate between stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project management with proven ability to drive projects, processes and programs to closure
Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, PowerBI, etc
Experience managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects
Master's Degree in Business Administration, or Management preferred.

MSUS Planning & Strategy
Ensure strong collaboration and alignment between stakeholder teams - including BPO, BSO, Solution Areas, One Commercial Partner, SMC, Enterprise Commercial, Regulated Industries, Inside Sales, Services, WW M&O, Finance and other strategic partners.
Execution & Follow Through landing with field: Partner with CMO Team to engage with the US Segment, OU, and Solution Area business management community to ensure alignment and to support timely execution of key business priorities. One key business rhythm this role leads is the coordinating of the GTM readiness and Field execution performance against the fiscal year priory plays. This includes alignment on the business review insights/construct and managing the monthly review rhythm
Ongoing alignment and quarterly update to enable/land updates that includes reinforcing and refining execution guidance, reflecting RoC quarterly themes/learnings, and Field insights/Best Practices for improved execution.
