A Business Optimization Manager (BOM) position for Profit Recovery Partners is an individual with a passion for the consulting industry. You are responsible for all aspects of the work product related to new billable savings projects, including discovery, strategy, negotiations, implementation, and savings confirmation. With input from the Practice Group Manager, you own the execution of the savings strategies developed for each of their client projects. As the BOM, you will also seek out and present to the Client Relationship Teams new revenue opportunities with their existing client base.

You have the ability to identify savings based on a customer's infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing schedules and are able to provide comprehensive solutions for our clients to help them drive cost savings
What You Will Do:
Perform data analysis to apply cost savings methodologies and assist in the development of client savings strategies
Update and maintain project timelines/milestones and strategies utilizing enterprise systems such as CRM and Smartsheet
Complete data obtainment and savings analyses for projects
Analyze vendor proposals accurately to provide insight and recommendations to increase savings
Review client invoices after implementation to ensure that the programs are implemented
Maintain productive relationships with client vendor representatives, clients and colleagues
Create external client facing materials and work with Client Relationship Manager in the presentation of savings opportunities to clients
Identify, manage, and implement new opportunities to increase savings and delivery of value add to existing client base
Follow defined Practice Group and Company processes and procedures
Achieve credibility with clients as the subject matter expert on consulting projects
Work directly with vendor partners to negotiate best-in-class win-win agreements on behalf of clients
Utilize creative thinking in creating solutions for large enterprise clients
Understand industry trends within your area(s) of expertise

Qualifications
What You Need:
Experience with analysis of data through MS Excel
BA/BS Degree required with a minimum 6-8 years of vendor management, analyst, or consulting experience
Self-starter with ability to solve ambiguous/open ended business challenges
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively and to write structured and compelling messages
Attention to detail with quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated capacity to solve problems and enhance reporting
Proven ability to deliver results
Strong relationship skills and ability to build alignment among customers and key stakeholders with demonstrated experience influencing without authority
Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude
Project management experience a plus
Ability to use project management software to manage deliverables such as Smartsheet and Project Management CRM strategies

The salary range for this position is: $83,450.00-$93,173.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
