The Partner Platform Solutions group functions as the account management and accountable business group within BAMTECH to our clients. The team oversees relationship management and delivery of industry-leading streaming technology solutions to sports and media partners.

As the Business Operations Manager, Partner Platform Solutions, you will act as a liaison with clients in the day-to-day management of the client portfolio. Your primary objective will be to manage the coordination between internal stakeholder groups and client teams to drive operational excellence, support business objectives, implement digital solutions, and build positive, productive engagements. The Business Operations Manager will work with one or multiple Partner Platform Solutions Directors to manage projects and may be expected to contribute to the design, development, and implementation for a client's products and features.

The Partner Platform Solutions group is the front line of the BAMTECH organization. Team members are self-starters, highly organized, diplomatic, excellent communicators of both business and technology objectives, can multi-task, and work well in a flat, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications

A combination of the following with at least four years overall related experience:

  • 3+ years working experience in digital media (media company or marketing agency), management consulting, or technology company

  • 2+ year experience in client, account, or partner management

  • 2+ years project management experience

  • Keen attention to detail and self-directed; able to turn ambiguity into actionable plans

  • Ability to build strong business relationships with across levels (entry level to C-suite) and functions (business, engineers, designers, etc.), both with Partners and within BAMTECH

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts in simple business terms and speak in front of large groups

  • Structured thinking ability to build presentations and tell a compelling story

  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment with tight and frequently changing timeframes

  • Experience working with technology products and ability to quickly learn technical concepts

  • Experience with software development

  • Proficient in data and financial analysis

  • Knowledge of media rights, OTT business models, and TVE products a plus

  • Manage Parntner's portfolio of projects from inception to launch, including ongoing release cycles

  • Assist with requirements gathering, scoping, road-mapping, and management of release cycle timelines

  • Hold internal teams accountable to delivery of product requirements on time and within scope

  • Oversee multiple teams' development processes and manage tools necessary for end-to-end software lifecycle development (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

  • Assist in defining and measuring success metrics, including key business outcomes and SLAs

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across various BAMTECH teams and perform project management roles as needed
