Responsible for defining and performing systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency. Makes recommendations to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve existing technology. Analyzes costs of existing operations and prepares a cost/benefit analysis of recommended changes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit

  • Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders

  • Comprehensive understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures

  • Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision

  • Ability to work as a team leader

  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

This position will have responsibility for space planning, including maintaining an inventory of existing allocations; strategizing with CPG and WIM Control leaders regarding forecasted growth; overseeing space assignment according to the WIM Control strategy and location standards; and managing restacks and other moves. In addition, this role will have responsibility for various department initiatives, including staffing governance, expense monitoring and containment, information management, departmental communication strategy; and talent outreach. This position will report to the CAO of the WIM Control organization. Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: * Partnering with Corporate Properties and WIM Control leaders to ensure adequate real estate allocations for existing headcount and projected growth in multiple locations. * Maintaining inventory of real estate occupancy and up-to-date floor plans. * Serving as the common point of contact for real estate support. * Managing all other space-related activity, including restacks, moves and buildouts. * Implementing, maintaining and managing governance processes and procedures designed to support WIM Control's staffing plan, including ongoing monitoring, review, and modifications to organizational structure. * Maintaining organizational charts and working with leaders to capture staffing changes and realignments as they occur. * Providing support for move the lines events and other staffing realignments in support of the buildout of WIM Control. * Assisting teams in following existing expense policies and helping identify opportunities to contain costs and increase operational efficiency. * Assisting in the implementation of WIM Control's communication plan as it relates to departmental administrative matters concerning policy, process and protocol. * Developing protocols to expand talent outreach by the WIM Control leadership team to facilitate consistent and frequent outreach to high-performing/ next generation/ diverse talent in a way that maximizes leadership/TM connection. * Supporting oversight/tracking of consultant/contractor spend. * Assisting in the development of presentation materials, and supporting other initiatives as needed.
