Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist at Robust AI, you will work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team to model the business, solve challenging problems, and support business operations, and fundraising efforts. This is a high-visibility role that will provide unparalleled visibility into the growth and workings of a high-profile startup. You must possess exceptional modeling and data analysis abilities, and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate complexity and discuss options with senior leaders.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team to clarify and communicate strategy and build appropriate operational plans.

• Collaborate with the leadership across Product, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other areas to produce and maintain detailed models (spreadsheets) of the overall business.

• Coordinate with the CEO and leadership team to produce summaries of business plans and models for external consumption.

• Lead and manage strategic projects for the organization, participate in the design and implementation of business operation management processes, and provide strong support for the implementation of business strategy.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in finance, private equity, or strategy consulting.

• Exceptional business modeling skills and razor-sharp business acumen.

• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize and present large bodies of information.

• Strong fundamental understanding of general accounting and budgeting practices.

• Demonstrated success in leading high-impact, complex projects with strong project management skills.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and finance management tools.

• High level of ethics, integrity, discretion, and accountability.
