Job Summary:
The Specialist for HR & Finance will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Directors within The Innovation Foundation and key roles within Human Resources and Finance. This position requires effective communication and collaboration skills to facilitate seamless operations between the various team members. The Specialist will manage various tasks related to HR administrative processes, travel arrangements, P-card transactions, meeting scheduling and planning, office clerical duties, and other assigned responsibilities.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Five years progressive administrative experience.
Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience (1 year of education: 1 year of experience).
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR and/or Finance.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and accounting software is a plus.
