EPIC stands for Essential Products Inclusive Community. We own a broad array of experiences across Windows, Office, Mobile and Devices. We are looking for a Business Operations PM who can develop programs and events that make EPIC a better place to work and more effective at building great customer-focused products. You should be able to execute programs that are professional quality and results driven. You will report to the Chief of Staff and partner closely with our engineering teams, design, research, E+D management and HR. As a Business Operations Program Manager, we are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

  • Self -motivated and directed person, requiring minimal supervision for assignment completion

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 7+ years work experience as a Program Manager or Operations PM

Program and Events Coordination

  • Develop multiple project milestones, event plans, and contingency plans as needed based on budget, timing, and business need

  • Drive collaborative discussions and decisions with key stakeholders and executives

  • Lead communications for the events through email and our website

  • Become the advocate and champion for how we can build a great culture in EPIC.

  • Be an expert on what's happening to build culture within E+D and within each of the EPIC teams

  • Use the knowledge to participate in the development and evolution of our Culture objectives and key results

  • Champion, measure and communicate progress against our EPIC Culture through regular newsletters and a website that ensures culture program is discoverable and gathering the feedback that we need to grow and improve.
