As a Business Operations Manager for the Reality Labs Wearables organization in Meta, you will manage business operations across multiple product and operations teams, working closely with senior leaders to help them grow, scale and run the business effectively, all with the overarching goal of supporting engineering operations. You will manage strategic initiatives ranging from business operations and planning, establishing objectives and key results, business operations reviews to driving process improvements that will enable our team to execute and innovate at speed.
You will work across the Wearables organization, which consists of software engineering, product design, TPM, and product and program management teams. You will also work with partners in finance and other cross-functional teams.
Business Operations Manager, Wearables Responsibilities
Manage strategic planning processes, establishing our annual objectives, key results and multi-year fiscal and resource plans.
Lead initiatives to optimize the organization while it scales, to manage its health and enhance its culture.
Develop and manage communication including business updates internal and external engagements.
Manage relationships with cross-functional partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring our mechanisms and business processes drive higher levels of partnership and collaboration.
Manage special projects focused on site or organizational initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to establish and execute new processes as needed by the business.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, advanced skills in Excel.
Experience with problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.
Experience creating meaningful content that people connect with.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects with internal staff and external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Experience with thinking strategically and executing methodically, thriving in ambiguity and embracing a fast-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA.
Experience with project management or business operations in a company/organization that ships consumer hardware.
Experience working with Tableau dashboards and pulling data queries from internal systems
BA/BS degree

$116,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
