This position will manage the day-to-day financial operations and human resource functions of the business. Qualified candidates should have business operations experience, financial knowledge, human resources knowledge, and be an excellent communicator.


  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
  • Researching, modifying and distributing competitive benefit programs (insurance, wellness, etc.)
  • Evaluating and negotiating with service providers
  • Manage employee benefit enrollments and determine eligibility
  • Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures
  • Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, workers compensation etc.)
  • Keep updated employee records with all relevant information (marital status, years of service, hours worked, etc.)
  • Inform employees of their benefit options and plans and monitor use


  • Proven experience in both Finance and Human Resources
  • Solid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health, dental insurance, etc.) and relevant regulations
  • 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable with adherence to confidentiality dictations
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement

A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. * Expertise with multidimensional databases and web-based applications. * Proven experience in process and/or project management. * Exceptional ability to analyze business operations and provide solutions. * Exceptional human relations, interpersonal, communications, project management, analytical and organizational skills. * Excellent presentation skills.
