Position Summary
The Business Operations Manager will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to create a vision and lead the programmatic execution for Integrative Health in a way that aligns with the tripartite mission of Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. This includes the implementation of strategic growth plans, operational, financial and business activities across multiple clinical settings (outpatient and inpatient locations). The budgeted gross revenue for clinical operations is > $5M.
The Business Operations Manager will have a delegate to manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical practice, thus a majority of time will be spent on matters pertaining to the growth and development of the Integrative Health Business interests/affiliated programming and the execution and management of grant funded work. Developing and maintaining fiscally sustainable clinical, educational, and research programing that are of high quality and reputation will be the number one priority of the Business Operations Manager.
Job Description
The Associate Director is responsible for independently directing the business and clinical operations of Integrative Medicine Clinic in collaboration with the Integrative Medicine Physician Leader. The position oversees the day to day staffing and operations and serves as the operations management with specific responsibilities including customer service, interpretative services, building safety, environment of care, and facility management.
The Associate Director also serves as the building's primary operations coordinator for the facility with specific responsibilities including customer service, interpretative services, building safety environment of care, and the building's facility management.
This position will also lead all strategic initiative for community outreach for all Integrative Services.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in healthcare setting required; Healthcare leadership experience, financial management, and master's degree in business related field preferred. 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience working with Integrative Health operations is preferred.
