Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and assign work of subordinates

  • Perform----Review internal & external audits with QA team

  • Develop and/or adapt procedures to meet quality standards, make suggestions with regards to procedures to help facility work and maintain product quality.

  • Analyze facts or circumstance surrounding individual problems to determine what action should be taken within the limits of standard practice.

  • Responsible for compilation and maintenance on inspection reports and records.

  • Investigate and determine cause of inaccurate reports and consult and advise as to corrective measures.

  • Maintain discipline, morale and harmonious relations among subordinates.

  • Investigate and adjust personnel problems within area of responsibility. Effectively recommend as to hiring, promotions, wage adjustments and terminations.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

  • Guarantee the quality and timeliness of reports

  • Conduct operations calls will clients, identify needs and areas of improvement

  • Facilitate meeting client expectations across all departments

Knowledge/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred) or comparable experience

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities.

  • Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment essential.

  • PC-based computing experience (word processing-Word, spreadsheet-Excel, presentation- PowerPoint, email - Outlook) essential.

Pay rate commensurate with experience

Leads the operations of food service accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations. Essential Functions: * Leadership: Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance. Ensure food services appropriately connects to the Executional Framework. Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how to execute.
