Business Operations Coordinator

RealFood is a premier hospitality strategy and design firm that is part of the Troon family of brands. The Northeast Regional Office in Newton, MA is home to our close-knit, experienced, and dedicated team though our work takes us across the country and even abroad at times.

The Business Operations Coordinator is a position that will allow you to be involved in many facets of RealFood and Troon businesses and take on a variety of projects and tasks. You will be an integral part of both the local and the corporate teams - interacting with employees, clients, prospects, and partners - and will support both internal and external company initiatives.

Things you will likely do in this role

1.Operations Support

  • Act as the face of the office

  • Maintain and manage office and team needs

  • Support with company events, initiatives, and administrative tasks

2.Support to Food & Beverage Teams

  • Assist with creation, maintenance, and improvement of internal and external documents

  • Support project leaders with administrative tasks to ensure project success

  • Learn about food and beverage operations and act as another set of eyes/hands/ears on projects

3.Support to Company Leadership

  • Undertake unique research projects in support of company improvement

  • Utilize company softwares to keep Leadership organized and prepared

Experience we'd like you to have

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative (Hospitality front of house or back of house experience a plus)

  • Fluent in English speaking, writing and comprehension

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Experience with social media management (writing content, creating imagery, etc.) a plus

  • Proficiency with design softwares (Canva, InDesign, etc.) a plus
