CompuGain is seeking a Business Operations Associate.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology infrastructure and specific business functions. Handles transactional work related to customer and user system access. May assist with project work including business requirements, project and process specifications and coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are successfully integrated into business processes. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy of technical analysis and overall adequacy.

Basic Requirements:
2-4 years of work experience in banking, operations, system information or related experience

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Ability to troubleshoot user related issues in an application

Comfortable with changing priorities due to business needs

Strong analytical skills with orientation to detail

Knowledge of user access management and/or mortgage banking line of business

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in Primary Mortgage or Secondary Mortgage environment

Experience in Information Security or Data Management

Reporting and Analytics background in SAS/SQL/Microstrategy

VIEW JOBS 11/17/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-15T00:00 The Treasury Services group at Freddie Mac is looking to expand its change management capabilities and is looking for a Business Analysis Manager to help ensure that the group is functioning effectively and efficiently and is well positioned to absorb changes to its processes. This encompasses managing changes to baseline Wire Room and Treasury Services functions, managing larger change initiatives such as Fraud and Resiliency impacting Treasury Services, and ensuring Treasury Services is integrated with any major changes to up or downstream systems. Situated in Enterprise Operations, the Treasury Services group serves as a centralized utility performing these functions on behalf of all Freddie Mac business units. The Cash Management Director leads the Treasury Services team and reports to the VP, Finance Treasury Operations and Trust Cash Administration within the Enterprise Operations division. Your work falls into four primary categories: Business Analysis * As a Senior Business Analyst, have the responsibility for assisting in the implementation on a portfolio of change initiatives across all phases of project work * Analyze new products and enhancements, including new offerings in up and downstream systems, assess impacts on Treasury Services, and develop/implement operational changes to be made. * Define/review business requirements to capture business area (customer) needs and guide new change initiatives. Facilitate resolution of obstacles that emerge along the way to drive projects forward * Work with Treasury Services business leads to develop user acceptance testing strategies, test plans, and test cases, and support execution (and documentation) of UAT testing. * As part of the change management team, develop long-term strategy for improvements to processes and technology. * Work, in partnership, with internal and external stakeholders, including close partnership with IT and with external vendors and partners. Project Management * Manage project scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects independently and as part of a team * Manage and track action items, issues, and risks associated with assigned projects. Follow up on items with appropriate parties to ensure their resolution and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion * Lead development of required project artifacts consistent with Freddie Mac project management methodology (e.g., charters and scope, workplans, resource planning, risk and control assessments, issue logs) * Conduct weekly project status meetings, provide status updates to management on regular basis * Typically has a minimum of 6 years of related experience * Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience * Previous large firm consulting experience * Deep understanding of technology and data along with stakeholder management skills and ability to create consensus * Experience managing process improvement and/or technology development projects * Familiarity with different development methodologies (i.e. EDM, Agile) as well as business analysis best practices * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & MS Project Key to success in this role * Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills; attention to details with proven analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to solve complex problems independently when developing solutions * Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple activities within tight timelines * Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills, ability to identify and resolve conflicts, and ability to influence others * Ability to accept feedback and make changes as needed * Passion for continuously improving the way we work Top 3 Personal Competencies to possess * Drive for Execution * Partnership * Customer Focus (Internal and External) Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing.
