Participates in preparing budget, creates and monitors budget statements, assists in designing reports. Monitors budget and general ledger detail for accuracy; identifies variances and reports them to the department leadership; has a complete understanding of the department and company financial policies; creates purchase orders; and processes invoices for payment against purchase order or general expense reimbursement.
Research and develop internal and external communications including presentations, speaking points, correspondence and other written materials. Represents the department, program or project with various level of personnel both internally and externally. Responds to unanticipated complex issues and manages critical and confidential information.
Participates in creating departments targets, preparing job description, screening resumes. Follows up with department staff, to make sure deadlines are kept. Utilizes advanced Microsoft Office applications to design and lay-out presentations and reports.
Administers and tracks expenses, and allocates them to appropriate account. Maintains procedure manuals; ensures appropriate communication to staff of changes in procedures. Communicates (verbal and written) with a wide range of departments, employees, vendors, and physicians; and serves as a liaison on behalf of the department leadership to foster strong working relationships.
Ensures all contents and contact information are up to date. Meet with reporting directors and managers on a regular basis to fully understand existing and pending issues within each team and the applications it supports. Compile dashboards and slide decks with status updates on a regular basis.
Track all current and ongoing projects within the Clinical and Revenue Cycle teams. Understand and communicate all resource needs of the team to the Director of Information Services. Coordinate and execute management meetings.
Compline, manage and maintain each teams budget reforecasts. Process and track all invoices for each team with in Clinical and RCM to ensure they are processed and paid. Serve as a resource in completing and coordinating the completion of various team and hospital goals within IT.
Support the Director of Information Services by coordinating organizational change management and communicate plans to teams appropriately. Provide project leadership as assigned by Director. Demonstrate the ability to be extremely organized and meet deadlines.
Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts. Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character and demonstrated high moral, ethical. Demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently complete tasks and move projects forward.
Participate in conjunction with Director in the development, implementation and monitoring of departmental quality plans. AA/EOE
Required: - Bachelors Degree.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
