You will be supporting various strategic initiatives to drive growth and unit economics for the commercial organization. You will work on high priority, cross-functional projects with Product Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales and other teams through strategic and long-range business planning and performance management. This candidate should be motivated, agile, with strong time management, project management, technical, and analytical skills.
Responsible for quantitative and qualitative analytics for commercial operations
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and other program health tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to key stakeholders on large scale programs. This will include working with key stakeholders to define key performance measures, driving program analytics, and supporting broader program management efforts
Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and working relationships with multiple teams across the business to understand available data and identify growth opportunities for the business
Develop and communicate strategic plans, scorecards and business solutions through high-impact, executive-level presentations
DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
M.S. in economics, applied math, statistics, engineering or other quantitative field or B.S. with demonstrated analytical experience
Familiarity with varied statistics-based languages and packages: SQL, R,
Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum BA/BS from an accredited four-year university; STEM background
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Extremely attentive to detail; professional business acumen
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of data into action plans
Experience with data visualization tool such as Tableau, and Microsoft PowerBI
