The Business Operations Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Director Business Operations and focus on reporting and analytics. You'll develop reports and perform analyses to enable improved sales performance, business planning, and bookings and revenue forecasting. In addition, you will provide regional business operations support to one or more sales leaders in the areas of reporting, sales tools support, and territory management (Sales Compensation implementation )
Regional Business Operations Support:
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop the business reports, metrics and performance scorecards required to support Business Operations objectives, often working in conjunction with IT (BI team).
Analysis and support for key Planning Projects including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) support, sales coverage and compensation planning support.
Work with sales and product line management to support, train and develop analysis and reporting as required.
Bachelor's degree related to analytics and reporting (Business Analytics, etc) and 2 years' experience performing analyses and developing reports using automated reporting tools.
Or Master's degree related to analytics and reporting (Business Analytics, etc) with 0 years experience.
1 year MS Excel skills including the ability to create macros
Fluency in Spanish is required
Experience using Tableau or similar tools.
Experience with SFDC, MS Dynamics or similar.
Experience using Anaplan.
Must be able to work effectively across the organization.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy..
