We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst / Operations Optimization Analyst to lead efforts in streamlining Amazon operations, inventory forecasting, and enhancing shipping strategies.

Job Description:
The Business Operations Analyst / Operations Optimization Analyst will focus on improving operations related to Amazon FBA Shipping, Amazon Transparency, and inventory forecasting. You will use advanced Excel skills, especially Macros, to manage and optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure that our Amazon business runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·Optimize Amazon FBA Shipping: Analyze and improve the efficiency of our Amazon Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) shipping process to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

·Amazon Transparency Program: Manage and optimize compliance with Amazon’s Transparency program to ensure product authenticity and reduce issues.

·Inventory Forecasting: Use Excel and Macros to create accurate forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability across all platforms.

·Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Amazon sales, shipping, and inventory.

·Process Automation: Use Excel Macros to automate manual processes related to inventory tracking, shipping, and reporting.

·Collaboration: Work closely with the production, shipping, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operation of our Amazon business.

·Cost Reduction & Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and shipping processes, recommending improvements that reduce costs and enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:

·3+ years of experience in business operations or operations optimization, with a focus on e-commerce or Amazon FBA.

·Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Macros, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop forecasting models and optimize inventory levels.

·Experience with Amazon FBA, Amazon Transparency, and e-commerce operations is highly preferred.

·Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
