The Business Operations Analyst will be part of the Bersin BEST (Bersin Enabling Services Team) team that supports the organization's portfolio of strategic and continuous improvement projects. Projects undertaken may be a technology process, finance and contracting, product and/or organizational in nature and will typically have the goal of improving customer satisfaction, reducing inefficiencies and/or improving workforce engagement.

Work you'll do

  • Use data insights, process knowledge, and critical thinking to identify and validate process improvement opportunities.

  • Develop business cases for strategic and continuous improvement projects.

  • Lead multiple strategic and continuous improvement projects simultaneously

  • Support the development of project charters, plans, and schedules; manage project budgets, communication plans, project review meetings, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate/facilitate/support all aspects of project management regarding key organizational, process and technology change projects to align systems and operations with business objectives.

  • Partner with stakeholders to manage the impact of a project, including training, communication and risk management plans.

  • Support the Sales Team and manage the end to end contract cycle from initial agreement draft through to agreement signature using standard templates.

  • Manage governance process by exception and ensure standard templates are taken through appropriate governance review/approval working with Quality Risk Management and the Office of General Counsel teams as required.

  • Partner with other Operations Analysts to support existing processes owned by the BEST team to provide support when other team members are on PTO.

Based out of our US Delivery Centers in Orlando Florida, you will work with the Deloitte Consulting organization to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. If not local to one of these locations, we can help by providing relocation assistance depending on how far you are moving.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3-5+ years of Operations/Project Management experience in a professional environment.

  • Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Advanced MS Office skills with an emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

  • Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Strong business operations/process knowledge and experience.

  • Knowledge of purchasing processes, pricing agreements, and terms & conditions.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timeliness.

  • Brings a positive approach, easy to work with, enjoys working with other accomplished, strong professionals

  • Must be based in our Orlando, FL USDC location

The selected individual will be comfortable with the decision support tools available to senior leaders in the company, and able to brief results to the ADWS management team. The position facilitates Long Range Planning for Program Leads and performs and/or assists in financial analysis such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Assists in the performance of schedule risk assessments to identify project cost and scheduling risks. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding into ETIP tool. Maintains awareness of outstanding work against each IRAD project to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines. Streamlining predictive analysis models for IRAD/B&P allocations aligned with Strategic Campaign Initiatives and strategic reviews of staffing plan in the ADWS 1-5 year plan. Develops materials reflecting Year 1 to Year 5 projections and actuals for the ADWS Strategic Planning organization. Position directly involves data compilation and decision support for ADWS Directors and VPs during the annual NBAE cycle and required orders reporting. Strategic Planning is responsible for S&BD internal communication and verification that funding, staffing, capital and facilities are aligned with the ADWS long term strategy. Responsible for managing ADWS NBAE ledger and accurate execution of annual NBAE budget. Perform ETIP and OCM oversight and management to include PoP, TRL maturity, IP, opportunities, compliance and data assertions. Acts as Phase 1 ADWS approver to confirm execution in accordance with NBAE plans and minimize any overspend risks associated with ADWS NBAE budget. Proactively identify and resolve issues with project finance analysts. Will be responsible for forecasting ADWS orders, sales, profit, and cash flow. Will assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking project expenditures, highlighting issues/concerns/trends to the project teams, and ensuring that project financial commitments are met. Will interact with a variety of project and financial management personnel and ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures. Ensure quarterly that all financial deliverables are completed on time, and ensures an accurate final presentation for leadership. Responsibilities will include providing an inclusive environment, supporting LM values and the application of the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives. Due to job requirements, candidate selected will require an active Secret clearance and must meet eligibility requirements to maintain a Secret clearance for access to classified information. This Strategic Planning position supports Strategy & Business Development and the entire ADWS enterprise.
