Position Description

What does a great Business Operations Analyst, Advisory do?

  • The BA IV will lead the transformation of the Digital Channels organizations data using tools like SQL, ETL processes, data models and reporting tools like Tableau.

  • The role provides the opportunity, exposure, training to advance through the management track at Fiserv.

  • The BA IV will need to demonstrate technical knowledge, leadership abilities and desire to succeed.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

  • Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent relevant worked experience. Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

  • 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Modeling, Process EngineeringGood Understanding of Data Warehouses, ETL processes, SQL queries

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Leadership experience

  • Advanced degree in applicable field and/or relevant work experience.

  • 6 years of relevant work experience

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Effective communicator

Travel required : less than 5%

Responsibilities: The following is a breakdown of specific responsibilities for this job: 1. Perform due diligence on mutual funds and separate account managers. This includes an analysis of each manager's investment philosophy, process, and performance. 2. Serve as a member of Advisory Solutions team that is responsible for researching, selecting and monitoring ETFs, mutual funds, & separate account managers. 3. Communicate with portfolio managers, advisors, clients and others by providing investment recommendations, research reports, and presentations on the managers and products on the platform. 4. Identify and analyze opportunities to improve the manager search and selection process. 5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Advisory Solutions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field or equivalent education and related training. 2. Minimum of three (3) years of investment experience. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision. Desired Skills: 1. MBA or graduate degree in related field. 2. CFA designation.
