About the Position:
The Business Operations Analyst role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of service focused dashboards & metrics. Will work with key service stakeholders to develop analytics which drive increased business performance.
The ideal candidate must be a team player, creative, inquisitive, enjoy learning about new technologies and business models, have an excellent work ethic and bring passion to their work. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be curious about how the business operates and how technology can change that.
Must have excellent written, oral communications, and interpersonal skills
Experience with data visualization and preparation tools (Tableau, Alteryx, SQL)
Good understanding of service business process and analytics within an SAP or SFDC environment.
Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our business objectives
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders for changes and updates to published metrics and dashboards; propose enhancements as necessary
Experience in Customer Success analytics
Good knowledge of services operations management
Experience with forecasting models
Experience with databases
The ability to interpret financial data
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates strong analytical skills
Demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Able to prioritize and organize work duties accordingly
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
Experience with Tableau and Alteryx
Advanced SQL skills
SFDC analytics experience
