Business Operations Advisor - Employee Benefits

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Client Service teams by providing technical expertise, designing training curriculum, and leading strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, excellent training and facilitation skills, and a passion for driving employee development.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Collaborate with Client Service leadership to assess training needs and develop comprehensive curriculum.

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.

• Support end-user training and system-wide technical initiatives to enhance employee knowledge and skills.

• Guide employees through the insurance licensing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on cross-departmental initiatives and technology platforms.

• Partner with Talent Development to ensure consistency and effectiveness in learning and development strategies.

• Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and coordinate resources to optimize workflow and productivity.

• Evaluate training program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

• Minimum of three years of experience in the insurance industry and training.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience with insurance software such as Applied Epic, TAM, or MS Access is preferred.

• Wisconsin Insurance license (product line specific) required.
