This L5 Business Operations Manager position is located in Ft. Worth, Texas, supporting the F-35 Ground Support Equipment Sub-Market Segment within the TLS LOB. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for management and oversight of Cost Control, Earned Value Management (EVMS) Processes, Financial Planning & Analysis, Customer EVMS Joint Surveillances, Long Range Planning (LRP), Government Program Annual Sustainment Cost Estimates, and Proposals/Contract Negotiations for a Sub-Market Segment totaling over $250M of annually revenue.
Lead a cross functional F&BO team consisting of Program Finance, Contracts, Estimating and Planning.
Serve as the primary interface to senior TLS and LM Aeronautics Program and Functional leadership.
Interface with the F35 Business Integration Office and F-35 Program Integrators for cross-contract actions and solutions.
Plan and lead organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands.

Experiences with monthly customer CPR reporting, long range plans, financial outlooks/forecasts and presenting to senior leadership
Experience with cost and profit analysis, EACs, cost estimating and Program Execution
