Business Office Manager - Skilled Nursing

Job Description Job Description What you will be doing: Oversee management of business office, including supervising, organizing, evaluating, and monitoring operations and staff Oversee private insurance management Maintain a good working relationship with residents, patients and their families, and facility personnel Set up and maintain financial files for residents: billing, admission papers, state and Medicare reimbursement documents Coordinate and collect AR and past-due accounts Ensure Medicare eligibility and prior research is completed Ensures criteria for Medicare billing is met and accurately billed Perform month-end closings Attend in-service training classes, daily stand-up meetings, and other meetings as required Perform other duties as assigned What you need to qualify: 3 years' Business Office experience within the Senior Care industry Demonstrated successful use of technology in the workplace Exceptional organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends as needed DISCLAIMER : The compensation range represents a good faith estimate of what our client may pay for the position at the time of posting.
