What it takes to become a Business Office Manager (BOM) with Care Initiatives:

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance billing, and collections.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience collecting and maintaining confidential personnel and resident information.
