Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Job description Qualifications This person is detail-oriented, high ability to multitask, is technology savvy, people-oriented and has a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of senior living They must be focused on resident and staff satisfaction, be able to analyze data and root causes, communicate well, and possess an inner drive to be the best Qualifications Proficient in Google applications: Gmail, Sheets and Docs Technology Proficient Proven track record in business office management Excellent verbal and communication skills A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents Successful experience as an Office Manager for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility Must pass a criminal background check and drug test Responsibilities Resident Onboarding and Offboarding Payroll Processing, time punch review Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Bank Deposits Receipt and Record-Keeping Employee Onboarding Employee Chart Maintenance Census Reporting Maintaining Resident Information Quarterly Reporting to Corporate Staff Training and Continuing Education Monthly Billing and Submission to Medicaid Reimbursement Assisting with Inspections and License Renewals Assisting the Executive Director and Wellness Director as needed Asana Reporting and Task Management A successful Business Manager will embrace the systems and processes we have in place and use them to achieve operational excellence while cultivating our unique culture throughout all aspects of the community.

Additionally, this position requires great communication, and creativity in problem solving and providing feedback to ensure that our community is continuously getting better and improving every day.
