At Sunrise, our Business Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting the community with business administration, human resources and system related business processes.


- Establishing ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to assist in billing and accounting support services to meet business performance results, deadlines and reporting- Following the monthly accounting calendar to ensure all financial data expectations and deadlines are met- Processing bi-weekly payroll, responding to payroll developments, trends, regulations and business controls- Maintaining team member personnel information, including payroll processing, updating personnel files/binders and training records- Championing the team member on-boarding and welcome orientation process- Maintaining training records and ongoing data entry into training system- Partnering with the Executive Director and other team leaders to form teams, encouraging strong team member engagement, morale and spirit- Clearly and professionally communicating and conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience- Following Sunrise programs and policies for overall quality care in support of our Foundational Beliefs- Completing training and independent study programs designed for the BOC position according to curriculum guidelines- Completing state-required training per regulations

- Must possess a dedication to seniors and a positive can-do attitude along with demonstrated skills in: - Business computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as the ability to learn new computer applications- Organization, time management, problem solving/resolution, and decision making- Written and verbal communications and a willingness to facilitate small group presentations- Interpersonal skills- Financial/business principles

Candidates with the following experience are preferred:- PeopleSoft , ADP, Kronos, ProCard and/or BASIS - Associate's or Bachelor's degree

This position supports the Defense Threat Reduction Agency - Research and Development Directorate, Threat Technologies Department Material Solutions Support (MSS) contract. Responsibilities o The contractor will oversee all office administrative functions for the Senior Leader, to include maintaining multiple calendars on multiple networks, protecting time management by anticipating needs, streamlining events, and resolving scheduling conflicts, as well as directing all day-to-day office activities. o Adhere to organizational-wide administrative standard operating procedures, such as attending weekly calendar synchronization meetings, updating contact and alert rosters, contributing to the Senior Leader travel tracker, and, where applicable, updating the organizational-wide master calendar.o Maintain situational awareness by keeping Leadership informed of relevant organizational events, to include daily/weekly meetings, long-range calendars, key leader engagements, as well as tasks and other due-outs.o Act as a liaison between the Senior Leader and the rest of the staff, to include other administrative staff.o Interface and correspond with external executive agencies, to include high level Department of Defense officials, Interagency and Intelligence communities, as well as academia and the public sector.o Review documents for official signature, coordination for concurrence, for accuracy and completeness, conformance with style, format, or procedural requirements and guidelines.o Manage flow of correspondence, classified and unclassified (produce, coordinate, and distribute unclassified and classified documents).o Edit and produce final copies of formal correspondence, correspondence summaries, briefings, reports and a wide variety of other analytical documents, to include financial spreadsheets, talking points, speeches, and travel itineraries.o Review and coordinate responses on incoming correspondence.o Track and distribute track Senior Leader's action items to the appropriate program manager and/or division.o Establish and maintain office files and databases, to include an electronic data files architecture consistent with DoD standards for Records Management.o Plan, organize, complete, and present Schedules. Maintain awareness of Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research and Development (RD) Threat Technologies (TT) Technologies Division (TTT) engagement activities and Leaders' calendar of scheduled events.o Coordinate information requirements from internal and external organizations to facilitate relevancy of RD-TTT programs and initiatives.o Ensure dissemination of operational feedback, informal assessments, requirements, input, and After Action Reports (AAR) from internal/external events and deployed units.o Evaluate, integrate, analyze, and interpret information in conjunction with others.o Conduct initial mission analysis and planning for short notice requirements / taskers by ensuring integration of TTT staff, driving critical planning actions through orders publication, and providing recommendations to leadership. o Distribute information for the Leadership through established IT infrastructure and other distribution methods to stakeholders. o Submit supply requests and computer service desk tickets, track responses.o Manage visit requests; provide escort duties, submit Visitor Access Requests (VAR) requests.• Synchronize, coordinate, maintain DTRA-RD-TTT operational activities on the Common Operating Picture (COP), coordinate Long Range Calendar entries.• Meet DTRA travel requirements; update Trip Report / TDY / Leave trackers.• Maintain awareness of activities and internal material and non-material efforts across TTT Outreach Section, operating branches, and staff Scientists and other elements.• Provide a common platform to share TTT Division activities, and fused information and analysis for implementation and execution of priorities.• Prepare administrative materials: Awards; Hiring actions/documents; Contact Roster; Daily Personnel Status Report (PERSTAT); Training Report.' Supported Technologies: Microsoft Office Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.• Bachelor's Degree.• Strong computer skills including demonstrated fluency in all Microsoft programs, to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.• Familiarity with the DoD Manual for Written Material: Correspondence Management• Experience with SharePoint.• Excellent communication, and organizational and problem solving skills. Desired Skills and Qualifications: • Prior Joint Improvised Defeat Organization (JIDO / JIEDDO / JIDA) experience.• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, providing executive level staff support• Knowledge of Department of Defense policies, procedures, and regulations.• Office management experience.• Calendar management experience.
