Job Description: ROLE DESCRIPTION The Activation analyst works closely with the activation team to define scaled transformation design and execution plans.
Involved in all aspects of scaling a new business for Bose, you will wear many hats on this team. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a go get 'em attitude, this role is for you. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Activation Team Discipline Leads in building a shared view of expected business value for the Global Consumer Sales strategic portfolio planned and in-fight initiatives.
Manage documentation of business implications and considerations for preparing to scale concepts more broadly through Bose Customer Sales Channels and Touchpoints (Bose.xx, Retail, Wholesale etc.).Assist the Business Case Lead in identifying backlog cases that support business value in alignment with Global Consumer Sales strategic priorities & financial objectives.Support process design for strategic initiatives being scaled including requirements gathering and process mapping. Support change management activities for strategic initiatives being scaled, including stakeholder analysis and material creation.Assist in Change Management and Communication Activities, keeping business stakeholders aware of new business model implementation plan and impacts HARD SKILLSAbility to translate abstract vision to tangible deliverables and outcomes
