Play a critical role in driving the success of our Sales and Client Management organization strategy, delivery, and operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff in partnership with Executive Assistant to Chief Revenue Officer.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thought partner, connect and support delivery commitments for Sales and Client Management to the Enterprise. This role will drive a high degree of collaboration within Sales & Client Management, across business units, and across the enterprise / shared functions. Organizational, and leadership skills will contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities: Work closely with the CRO Chief of Staff to deliver clear and concise executive presentations, meaningful reports, and effective updates Summarize complex concepts into easily digestible information, as well as create and publish progress against deliverable commitments Assist in coordination of key client engagements, manage planning sessions with the SLT, balancing strategic outcomes with tactical progress insights Collaborate closely with the CRO Chief of Staff for roadmap commitments, including recommending areas needing communication and/or change management to ensure effective completion Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive collaboration, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business / Communications / Change Management Proven experience in managing change projects, business outcomes and leadership team effectiveness Must be able to communicate effectively with visual presentation creation capabilities as a primary strength 5 years of experience in change management and organizational transformation Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to lead others through influence, inspire innovation, and foster collaboration at all levels in the organization Preferred Qualifications: 5 years in a consulting role is strongly preferred Change Management certification Advanced business degree or equivalent As a leading payments company in healthcare, we guide, price, explain, and pay for care on behalf of insurers and their members.
